My Executive chef asked me for new ideas on making sandwiches. I then got creative and started working on it. Here are my fresh ideas for mini sandwiches. The bread I used for each of the sandwiches is sundried tomato ciabatta. Each filling is different per sandwich. The first sandwich is filled with mega cream cheese and orange berry sauce. It is garnished with micro herb and raspberry. The second sandwich is filled with labneh cucumber cream and topped off with fish roe. Lastly, the fourth sandwich is filled with labneh cucumber cream and then topped off with fish roe and red radish. Then it is garnished with dill leaves.

This very simple appetizer/salad is very easy to make. It is very tasty as well! The combination of Burrata Cheese, Parma Ham and slices of tomato just brings divine deliciousness for whoever tries them. I shou
